ProjectLibre – Setting up a new project

In this video clip, we complete the following steps:

1. A new project is created and named
2. The calendar settings are opened and altered: you may not want the default 8-hour day giving a 40-hour week. We will set 7 hours per day, and a 35-hour working week.

You must change the calendar settings before you add any tasks. Failure to do this will result in having to re-configure your tasks’ durations.
