Data gathering and analysis tools

Without quantitative data, it is not possible to say whether a campaign has been a success or not. Social media profiles can generate a huge amount of data.

There is the obvious data: who clicked your link, what demographic do they fit into, and are they a follower of yours.

There is a huge volume of less obvious data too: how long did the user spend on your page; where did they click on the page; which of their friends have interacted with your page; how many times have they visited the page; what keyword did they search for; what time did their interactions take place; and much much more.
